Open, bright and breezy! This superb home, with its vaulted ceilings and open plan layout is just minutes from Eagle Bay beach, one of the most spectacular beaches in WA. It’s the perfect family space for your next ‘down south’ getaway.

Gather the family around for a movie night, with plenty of seating surrounding the home entertainment system and a pot belly stove to warm the chillier evenings. During the summer months, the house is cooled utilising wall mounted air conditioning systems in every room.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with Smeg appliances and an array of devices to make this house feel like a home away from home.

To the rear of the house are three bedrooms, the master bedroom is complete with an ensuite shower room. There is a secondary double bedroom with TV, along with a further bedroom with twin beds. The second bathroom services the other two bedrooms and the house is complete with a laundry that opens up to the back garden.
